Bug Burns
Organic Soy Wax Candles

Your Creator is Jennifer Reichert
Email: bugburns04@herefordfarmersmarket

I create organic soy wax candles in 11 oz. jars., 8 oz. tins, and 6-pack wax melts.  They are allegorical candles designed to make you laugh and soothe the soul!

I use 100% U.S. grown organic soy wax with phthalate free fragrance oils that I custom blend and hand pour in house.  My wicks are cotton bound with containers that can be repurposed.  I have six fragrances in my permanent collection and do two Seasonal candles for Spring, Summer, and Holiday.  I also create origami styled Kusudama balls for a lovely house decoration or a great gift constructed with washi paper (treeless paper) and also acid free cardstock.  I can do custom Kusudamas for clients as needed.

I’m full-time at our market every Saturday unless I have another show booked.  I’m working on my website this year but please reach out via email or phone @  410-463-3097

The Old Familiar Farmacy is a family-owned and operated holistic farm located in New Freedom, PA. Our mission is to bring health, happiness, and nourishment to our community in such a way that also brings health, happiness, and nourishment to our ecosystem.

We grow an assortment of produce focused on salad mixes (and things that would go in a salad), microgreens, garlic, potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, winter squash, and shiitake mushrooms. All our produce is grown holistically, using no pesticides (organic or not) or fertilizers.

Instead, we focus on growing healthy living soil and a thriving ecosystem, using a mix of permaculture and Korean natural farming practices to combat pests and diseases in our gardens. In addition, we produce an assortment of spice blends that are made from our produce, and we tap black walnut trees to produce the most delicious syrup you’ve ever tasted.

I enjoy propagating trees and bedding plants. We will have an assortment of plants available during the spring! Taking our health and well-being seriously, we also produce a full line of medicinal tinctures and creams. Our tinctures start with locally
harvested plant material and are then extracted in water and alcohol before blending. Come chat with me, and I’m sure to find something for just about whatever ails you.
